I'm not opening FL Studio for at least a month after this challenge lmao.
I'm a Jazz listener so I don't hear any wrong notes, as a matter of fact I welcome them lol.
it's got a nice happy vibe to it, I like it :)

I see you've also come across Thelonius Monk's "ain't no wrong notes" philosophy. I try hard to add a human element or groove and "wrong notes" or slightly off timing is a great way to make a song more human imo. It's hit or miss but I like to think of "wrong notes" as just phrases and segments where I wasn't satisfied with certain melodic resolutions :D

This would go really well in a video game. I'm picturing that section in original FF7 where cloud and the gang are sneaking into the mako reactor and it fits perfectly.

I'm not too familiar with the genre, but since it's something you should be able to dance to, my only suggestion is probably a slower tempo like 130bpm.

I feel that. Finding the right preset is always difficult for me, but if I don't find what I'm looking for I just find the next closest thing, tweak the heck out of the settings and add effects lol.

This definitely wasn't done in one day 😂, but amazing track none the less!
Those subtle chromatic notes were a pleasant surprise 😮, or perhaps I'm hearing things lol

more or less ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯, worked on it for about 10 hours, spent an hour of proof-listening which lead me to publish it at 12:34 am (philippine time), so a little past the deadline for me sunlight-wise. (DONT TELL THEM!)

yeah there's some chromaticism sprinkled in, the chord progression at the start has one and the motif at 0:08 (and later on) has a downwards chromatic slide.
